Policy
To Our Valued Customers
We strive to supply our customers with
the finest quality products. If a matter
arises regarding the quality of a
product it will be handled in an
appropriate manner.

All claims
must be made within 10 days of receipt
of goods.

No returns or
credits after 30 days.

Returned
product(s) will be charged a 25%
restocking fee.

Freight/Shipping will not be credited,
unless an agreement has been made with
Annica's Garden Spa.

All returns
must be approved, in advance by
Annica's Garden Spa.

All goods
must be returned in satisfactory
condition and in the original container
with packing material.

Credits must
be approved by
Annica's Garden Spa.

No returns on
opened products. It is against the law
for us to take returns on these
products. Of course, if the product is
proven to be defective, we will then
refund the complete product price, and
the cost of shipping it back to us. This
must all be cleared by phone or email
ahead of time.
